The Missouri Association of Directors of Volunteer Services provides continuing education in management and allied skills and promotes greater public acceptance of volunteers in health care.

Any person employed by or retired from a healthcare organization in the state of Missouri is eligible for membership.

Active, Associate and Retired Membership entitles the individuals to the right to vote, chair committees and serve on committees. Active members can hold office.

Active Member fees: $50

Active membership is granted to persons employed and recognized by the administration of a healthcare organization as having major and continuing responsibility for the volunteer program.

Associate membership is granted to employed persons in healthcare who are involved with volunteer services but do not manage the program.

Retired membership is granted to persons upon cessation of employment in the field and who previously held membership but are not eligible for any other membership category.

Annual dues are payable on or before January 1 and become delinquent on April 1.
